TERMS OF USE FOR PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

1. ZWEI GmbH (in the following ZWEI) provides merchants with photographs of their products. The product photographies and videos are protected by copyright. ZWEI is the exclusive owner of the right of use for the product photographies/videos.

The use of the product photography/video by the merchant is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. The merchant has to accept the terms and conditions as well as give information about the type and scope of use. Especially which product photographies/videos should be used, where (e.g. Onlineshop, print advertisement, flyer etc.) and for which time period.

3. ZWEI gives the merchant a non exclusive right of use for the product photographies/videos according to the information from figure 2.

4. The merchant has no right to grant sublicenses or his right of use in parts or in total to any third party.

5. Particularly it is not allowed to use the product photographies/videos on trading platforms like Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, Zalando, etc…  except with a prior written consent by ZWEI.

6. Editing (except size adjustment) or any other remodeling oft he product photography/video (e.g. retouch, adding a watermark or any other change) is not allowed.

7. The right of use is granted for the period of time given in number 2.

ZWEI can revoke the right of use at any time without a given reason. The revocation applies only for the future.
